Cee Lo Green apologized for allegedly tweeting, "rape only happens if the person is conscious." It seems like he told off on himself. A lot of times those who are guilty are speak to excuse themselves, but Cee Lo Green may have gotten himself in worst trouble. Although, he has apologized, it's as though he's admitted to doing the crime of rape.
