Church leaders have came together to send a message to the city council of Indianapolis.  That message is, the city needs jobs and not jails. That solution is so long overdue across America.  It would be very nice, if all city councils across America would create a job training program for convicts and believe they can become better people.  Many of them desire to do better, but there are no programs for them, instead their lives are being thrown away in jail. Things within our American society will not get better, not unless city officials will give it a try.
